my dog is 11years old and this winter ive noticed hes starting to struggle a little when he gets up, then when he does get up he limps for few minutes, looks like his right front leg is in pain. ive looked and looked and watched im pretty sure its arthritis, also seems when its warmer out he has his spring back in his step. but i need maybe some home recipes that i can make to help him aleviate his pain

I know how to diet and exercise to lose weight. I know there are no magic pills etc. I know it takes time and work. I have done this before. After my first pregnancy actually so I know what I’m doing. I also happen to know there are supplements you can take to support and or aid the work you are already doing. My midwife is actually the one who told me to look into some herbal stuff. SO please only people who know something about homeopathic remedies and herbal supplements. I don’t mean to be rude but I just need answers to my specific question NOT weight loss tips.
There is no best answer here. No one answered my question.

Thanks for the answers so far… I’m not so much wondering where to find a clinic, I’ve got that covered… just more so if anyone has been to one and found that it helped.

Also, I have definitely tried the exercising more and eating healthier, but it doesn’t seem to be working.. I had lost some weight, but I have now been at the same weight for over 6 months without losing a single pound.

alright, I cannot seem to lose weight.
I just feel tired constantly so, no I do not work out as much as I should. I really AM looking for a quick fix, but I understand that doesn’t actually exist. But you get that I want this to work, and want it to happen quickly. Diet pills I have heard work on some, but I want to hear if they actually work on normal people. Same with homeopathic things. both I have heard work, but do they really?
and if you are just going to sit there and type “just eat less, exercise more” or “just eat small 4-5 meals a day” or “eat healthy, don’t snack” I think I will scream.
I am looking for real help here. I am not HUGE but by no means do I think I look “healthy”.

When I asked the owner he got snippy telling me everyone’s body is different, blah blah blah. The one I was interested in was one that helped with weight loss. I simply asked him if others found success with this product. He didn’t give me a straight answer. He only said he sells a lot of them and most people have success.

I got a bill this month….$88.00 for them charged to my credit card, but i haven’t got my statement yet, just a bill and a no reply email. The Pills, their is really nothing useful in the Acai. maybe some homeopathic sounding words that mean: blueberry and green tea in the pills. i didn’t order anymore, but they don’t give you anyway to stop them from billing your credit card. if you call them during business hours. the phone is busy constantly. has anyone else been ripped off by them? be careful. don’t waste your money on this crap. they are out of Florida and i have no email to reach them. the email is a no-reply address. their are a BIG RIP OUT.
