homeopathic care
Forza Azzurri asked:

I would like to know if anyone has had good results with disease or illness by seeing an alternative health care practitioner. Did homeopathy and nutrition help you? Did any alternative modalities bring you relief from chronic symptoms?

my mother, who has osteoporosis, sees a homeopathic doctor and it has worked really well for her. after her back fractured (9 years ago) she has been seeing him. she avoided surgery altogether, and has had a great outcome, with an almost normal bone density. you should give it a shot!

I was diagnosed with Hepatitis C in 1991. I probably had it for awhile because I was pretty sick but they kept thinking it wasn’t that big of a deal until I couldn’t eat anymore. (Hep C wasn’t really heard of back then.) Due to lack of health insurance, I did colon cleansing and parasite cleansing on and off starting in 1994 because I heard it could make me feel better. In 1998 I was diagnosed completely free of it. I’m still free of it today.

During that time I became such a fan of holistic health because I met so many others who had similar experiences. I worked with a nutritional counselor and did a lot of study on my own. I read, took nutrition classes and massage classes. (I eventually opened my own center in the San Fernando Valley in CA.) Cleansing and changing lifestyle is really hard work and really worth the effort.

I was diagnosed with scleroderma when I was only 16. I went to several conventional doctors and all they could offer me were harsh medications with ugly side effects. This was over a course of four yrs. I recently started seeing a homeopathic doctor who started me on supplements, vitamins and antibiotics. I have seen remarkable changes in my skin texture in a matter of weeks. If you know anything about scleroderma, it is an unforgiving disease that has no cure. I am optimistic and my doctor hopes for me to have a complete recovery. I feel so much better and am no longer fatigued and the arthritic symptoms have subsided. the combination of vitamins and antibiotics have helped me tremendously. this is only the beginning and look forward to going back to college next year.

Colonic therapy and a wheat/gluten free diet has helped me eliminate my rheumatoid arthritis when all “pills” had failed. I had swelling and joint pain in all my fingers, toes, both shoulders, both knees, and both wrists, and having 3 colonics a week and changing the way I eat, I am now pain free.

There is a lot of science behind colonics. It does rehydrate your lower bowel, and helps you eliminate all the toxic garbage on the lining of your lower bowel. That is where a lot of my inflammation came from, and this cleansing caused my immune system to stop recognizing my joints as “foreign”. Rheumatoid arthritis is an auto-immune disease in which your own immune system attacks your joints. Over the course of a couple of years, I saw all my pain and swelling go away.

“You are what you eat….Fast, Easy and Cheap” is quite true when it comes to what put in our bodies. Eat organic and cleanse your bowel!!! It works!!!

I’ve tried all manner of nutritional treatments for my chronic colds, and while the colds haven’t gone away, I now have lots of energy even when I have a cold, and I don’t have most of the symptoms. So things are a lot better, but I wouldn’t say I’m cured.

ABSOLUTELY! i was diagnosed with acute IBS and put on all sorts of drugs. i decided against the meds and did an overhaul of my diet. now i only eat natural, real food and take herbal supplements when sick. i never have stomach pain and have so much energy! i would say that if you want life changing results the only way to go is through nutrition. western medicine is meant to treat symptoms- not heal the root cause.

Nutrition is the best medicine, and you handle it yourself. Almost all people would have NO medical problems if they just ate right.Take the step to take matters into your own hands, learn about nutrition, and put it into effect immediately.
