Try a little bit on one and see how it goes. What it does, is boil out the impurities. Keep away from eyes. It is so cheap and works great on mosquito bites too. However, Clindamycin probably won't do much for comedonal acne (whiteheads, blackheads). It sounds like you have inflamed whiteheads. Make sure that area of your face isn't dry, as the dead skin will clog pores. Also stay away from foods high in iodine (kelp, seaweed) and peanut butter (or peanuts in general, but mostly peanut butter). Then try finding an acne skincare specialist in your area. They may be able to perform monthly extractions that will clear the pores in your problem areas. Also try checking out acne.org's message board for more info.
