Is Homeopathic medicine able to treat vitiligo 100%? Ever hear of Pigmentum Treatment?

Always beware of products touting customer testimonials. It is very easy for an ad person to make up a testimonial. You have no way of confirming it is a real story from a real person.
Also know, there are ways for a company to offer a 100% guarantee and still keep your money if the product fails to work.
Personally, I would not believe it works until someone had proven it works by way of a scientific study. If someone tells you a study had confirmed it then they need to provide you with the details of the study so that you can look it up yourself. If it was a study conducted by the company that was selling the product then there is a chance that they fudged numbers or even completely made up the study just to sell the product.
I have had vitiligo for 43 years. The “new” findings say that it is brought on by stress and that it is an auto-immune disease. Now you tell me how this treatment could possibly cure that? Beware of these medications that are advertised the way you say this one does. They are out only to make money praying on the gullible. Also….has it been accepted by the FDA? Another clue that it is a farce.

According to homoeopathic philosophy, vitiligo is not a disease in itself but an expression of an inner disturbed state of the body. Thus, the cure should occur at a level where things have gone wrong. I not know product Pigmentum. Most likely this product very new and scientifically not checked. I not recommend this product for use.
Treating vitiligo would always prove to be risky. The side effects of treatments are as unpredictable the disorder’s cause. That is why vitiligo treatment should always be done with utmost care and patience.
