My grandmother has tried all the cholestoral medications you’ve seen on commercials, to have to stop due to severe leg pain. She is 5ft 1inch, 117lbs, 65 years of age, walks every morning, no other ailments besides moderate rheumatoid flare ups every now and again….any regiment you all can offer? Her PCP is researching options, she’s been on 5 different meds that all cause leg pain/swelling that encourages her to stop! HELP! It’s grandma! Thanks all!
SoulDoctor, above and beyond! She can’t eat any of those things you mentioned due to Acid Reflux. We tried fish oil, it made her sick to her stomach, any particular mg? She isn’t a real carnivore, either, dabble in a little chicken, adores fish, won’t eat salmon, though. Keep it coming, ya’ll, this is great stuf!
Oh, Information Police and GreyDoc, when you say that niacin causing “flushing” is that hot flashing or skin? She is menopausal!

I have a number of issues going on. I have always suffered from horrible horrible canker sores. I will break out in 5, 6, 7 large (sometimes dime size!) canker sores in my mouth. They last 1 1/2 - 2 weeks at a time. My doctor is at a loss of what it is. I also suffer from horrible acid reflux and heartburn. I can not keep suffering like this and I know some people have had awesome experiences with homeopathic doctors. Can a homeopathic doctor check for food intollerances. I’m thinking maybe that’s the source of my problems.

My 8 mth old daughter can’t sleep for more than 1/2 an hour in the daytime at a stretch. Most of the times she needs to burp again but not always. I feel it is something wrong with her stomach. She wants to sleep more and is sleepy after every hour or so. But she just CAN’T sleep. I have tried both allopathic & homeopathic medicines for colic & acid reflux but nothing works.

I shd mention that she just won’t sleep without the bottle. Sometimes I have succeeded in making her sleep with water or just a soother or just being firm … but she still gets up. She mostly wakes up with discomfort & in that cat pose raises her stomach. I have tried burping her more than once or holding her for 30 mins but NOTHING works. We are both exhausted. Pls help
