I was wondering if someone who is very knowledgeable in homeopathy can give me some advice or a way to contact someone via email for advice.
I was wondering what I should do to prepare my family for the H1N1 virus. What should I do to strengthen our immune systems. What are some things I should have on hand in case someone does catch the virus to treat symptoms and help heal them.
I have a 2 year old so I need to know things that are safe for children as well.

My spouse takes Chromagen for anemia and Boniva for osteoporosis. Last dose of the latter gave her the hives ( which responded well to homeopathic Rhus tox ). Can she take Ferrum Phos and Calcarea Phos to help both her chronic mild anemia and her weakened bones? She is on a good calcium and vitamin D regimen too. Would it be best to take them in the am or the pm, or both? Thank you for your advice.

I am 21 years old and have recently been having some awful problems with my lower back and hip. Particularly, my right lower back (I think the lumbar area?) has been painful and full of knotted tense muscles…and then I have some pretty morderate pain in my left hip, which is worse when I walk and more toward my back than the front of my body.
