Now I want to know, Is this Homeopathic medicine really effective for the treatment of Episiotomy? Have any side affect of it? Have any risk to increase the problem or create new problem instead of healing the problem?

I also want to know that, is Arnica only just a pain killer or antibiotic, or it is for completely healing and cure? Is it only for use to reduce pain after a surgical operation, or can use any time in order to help the entire healing process, although the pain has already reduced?

Recently my 9 yo nephew Buddy came to stay with us while his parents were on holiday. Buddy hurt his arm when he fell off his skateboard. He felt miserable and his arm hurt a lot.

I have nail fungus .The skin is looking red and it is itchy.The skin is chapping/cracks.Even palms are itching and burning during touching spicy food.I cannot tolerate soap .I took the remedy Psorinum 200 once a day for three days and then take a dose of Sulfur 200 third day.
I have eczema behind my ear .The skin is looking like dandruff .The skin has cracks it is looking red and there is sticky colorless liquid.I get eczema because of shampoo.If do not use shampoo How do I wash my hair?I have dandruff. eczema gets completely cured and returns back because of shampoo. . eczema skin is itching too much .And get better after apply softening creams.The eczema I get 5/6 months back. .My eyes are itching and looking red and have pain to the corner/side of eyes. I’ve been using the spray sublinguilly for a week or so after having a molar tooth extracted…. aside from dramatically reducing the pain and swelling it appears to have resolved the last bit of furriness on my tongue ….. candida …… i had no idea it also had antibacterial properties …. ?? Oh, this is in no way chatting … sorry, i forgot to mention this before…….;0)
