I woke up this morning feeling nauseous, puked, feverish, and like I was starting to get the flu….and then I took some homeopathic things, zinc, vitamins, vitamin C< lots of fluids had a good meal, and now about 6/7 hours later...I feel almost "fine."

Can we really do things at the FIRST signs of illness at the very beginning, to shorten the duration or avoid it altogether?

OR basically we'll still get sick, but it won't be nearly as bad?

Or is that all a myth?
Any other suggestions? I know I'm battling something really bad,.....and whatever I'm doing so far IS working, but I'd just like to know what else I could be doing....?

I'm also drinking tons of liquids and resting.

I don't have an appetite whatsoever though and I'm "tired".

I’ve done my homework on vaccines. I believe the benefit is not worth the risk, and I believe the earth is God’s pharmacy. I’m fascinated with homeopathic stuff. I’ve got a few really good books on nutritional healing and natural remedies. I treat as much of my children’s ailments at home with herbs and other Natural remedies. autism is only 1 of the thoudands of side effects there are. SIDS, “shaken baby syndrome”, to name a few..
Also, the gov’t. has predetermined results for their tests. b4 they even did testing on the vaccine autism thing, they predetermined the “no link”.

the question u need to ask yourself is, am I going to blindly accept what the docters tell me, or do my own reserch
its a huge conflict of interest for the doctors to reserch, they blindly accept what the CDC tells them.
did u know theres aborted fetus tissue in some vaccines,did u know the bird flu virus is in some vaccines,did u know the vaccines that mercury was removed from, now have aluminum and formaldahyde instead????

I have heard certain herbs like Echinacea should only be taken a few months before cold/flu season starts and not everyday all year-round, or otherwise, they are not as effective, as you build up some sort of immunity to its effectiveness.

Is this true for most herbs? Or are there other herbs that can be taken all the time - like Ginseng, Garlic, etc. as a daily supplement for overall health or Milk Thistle/Dandelion to cleanse/detox the liver?

While I am familiar with all of the benefits of herbs, and know about shelf-life, expiration dates, know that the FDA does not approve certain herbs, etc., I am still unclear about long-term use/effects. Can someone please clarify any known long-term use adverse affects of any known herbs?

alternative,say you have flu,and are getting treated with homeopathy,then a remedy will be found specifically for your symptoms.and you will be treated as a whole.everything is taken into account,from diet to dreams.
