I started the injections on the HCG diet two weeks ago and I have been doing so good on it so far. I have lost 11 pounds so far! I only have about 10 days left on the supply, but I have a huge cookout next week and I am wondering if I don’t follow to my 500 calorie a day diet what will happen?

But I was wondering if anyone tried this and has lost 70 plus pounds, how long it took, and if they had alot of excess skin after loosing that much weight??? Over the past 5 years I have slowly put on 15 pounds. I have tried exercising to get them off but they just will not budge. I guess at the age of 55 my metabolism has slowed down. Is 55 too old for the HCG diet?
