Homeopathic Zinc
Doesn’t live here asked:

I’m at my wits’ end after trying prescription medication, l-lysine, dettol, zinc, vitamin c, even ice.
They keep coming back and I’m looking for alternative solutions.
Thanks for your advice.

Homeopathic Zinc
susieque asked:

My brother has had serious dandruff most of his adult life. Not a lot of hair loss, just giant dry scalp–large flakes. Is there some connection between, let’s guess, the intake of zinc, or one of the alphabetical vitamins (A,B,C,D…etc) and dry scalp?
I’d love to help him, yet most of the homeopathic remedies or relievers call for 9 items 3 of which one does not even know what it is or where to get it. We are in the USA, so don’t have access to the items in Great Britian. Thanks for any thought you can put into this challenge–he’s about 61. Goofy answers may be clever, but thanks, no, he is not into shaving his head! Sorry!

A counter-question to Dave question.

(OMNS, January 19, 2010) There was not even one death caused by a dietary supplement in 2008, according to the most recent information collected by the U.S. National Poison Data System. The new 174-page annual report of the American Association of Poison Control Centers, published in the journal Clinical Toxicology, shows zero deaths from multiple vitamins; zero deaths from any of the B vitamins; zero deaths from vitamins A, C, D, or E; and zero deaths from any other vitamin.

Additionally, there were no deaths whatsoever from any amino acid or herbal product. This means no deaths at all from blue cohosh, echinacea, ginkgo biloba, ginseng, kava kava, St. John’s wort, valerian, yohimbe, Asian medicines, ayurvedic medicines, or any other botanical. There were zero deaths from creatine, blue-green algae, glucosamine, chondroitin, melatonin, or any homeopathic remedies.

Furthermore, there were zero deaths in 2008 from any dietary mineral supplement. This means there were no fatalities from calcium, magnesium, chromium, zinc, colloidal silver, selenium, iron, or multi-mineral supplements. Two children died as a result of medical use of the antacid sodium bicarbonate. The other “Electrolyte and Mineral” category death was due to a man accidentally drinking sodium hydroxide, a highly toxic degreaser and drain-opener.

No man, woman or child died from nutritional supplements. Period.

I have a few homeopathic liquid remedies that I would like to mix together in water so I can conveniently take it at work or in the car..etc. If I put a couple drops of each remedy that I am taking in water, how long can I store it this way and would it be just as effective?

I see there are homeopathic companies selling “complexes” that are pretty much the remedies mixed together in a bottle… so I thought my idea would work too.

Also, do I get the same effect as liquid homeopathic remedy if I dissolve a few homeopathic solid grains in the water, or is the already liquid one more effective? This is out of curiosity as the grain one seems to be cheaper.

Thank you very much!

VeggieTart — Praise Seitan! asked:

I am vegan, and I am also interested in natural and homeopathic remedies for minor ailments. However, I have two concerns:

1) I understand some homeopathic remedies are animal extracts or animal-based.
2) I have yet to see homeopathic pills that don’t have lactose (milk) in them.

So which remedies are animal ingredients and which are plants, and are there companies that make homeopathic tablets without animal ingredients?

Thanks!

I love to use the on-line route for shopping. I am not familiar with a site that sells homeopathy. Drugstore.com sells a great deal of natural stuff, but I could not find it on there. I like the high end stuff like Bach Flower, BHI and Heel. What is another high end company for single compounds? I believe in purchasing quality when it comes to natural products in an un regulated market.

What is a good online source and what are good brands for single compound homeopahtic remedies?
Thanks first 3 that was helpful.:)

We all know Big AltMed pays people to cover up their failings and promote their lies to keep people sick. Can you add to my list of THINGS THEY DON’T WANT YOU KNOW.

Reflexology has been shown to cause tendon damage that can affect athletic performance.

MRSA has been known to spread through acupuncture needles

Homeopathy is so powerful that if we continue to use it the sea will turn into a giant pharmacy and kill all the fish because it will be so diluted and powerful.

Homeopathic companies are unregulated and traces of rat droppings have been found in homeopathic remedies. that would not be so bad except that Homeopathy makes thing stronger in the dilution process. The government knows about this but they are all in the pockets of Boots.

Raiki has been shown in several studies to have negative effect on the state of your eternal soul .
Of course Except Quantum Elbowology. Quantum Elbowology is real. I don’t think anybody is arguing that.

@LIghtning, No the burdun of prove is on the person who is being accused of something according to most AltMed laws. How much do they pay you to spread your homeopathic lies? just answer the question magic man., ;-) Homeopathy killed my dog. It nearly cured him but he stopped having an open mind halfway through and died. What do you have to say for your precious homeopathy now Lightning. Huh?

dogluvn asked:

My sister told me that her kids have bad allergies and so do her dogs, so she gave both, Heel’s Homeopathics. I too have a dog that has bad allergies and this year and I don’t want to do the cortisone shot or the prednisone. My question is, can I use homeopathics that’s intended for humans, for my dog? Someone told me to give my dog benedryl, well that was a horrible day….he was a completely different dog and I couldn’t wait for it to wear off. Any suggestions on homeopathic remedies? So far, my dog is suffering from itchy paws and inflamed ears. Also, I just noticed that under his legs, sort of on his belly, he has the black patches. I so want to rid him of this once and for all. He goes through this every year, and I want this to be the last year on medication. Also, I have changed his food.

Does any one have a personal success story with using any herbs or homeopathic remedies (sepia?) to treat hyperhidrosis (profusive sweating)? For homeopathic remedies is it important to have a homeopathic doctor prescribe your remedies or is it safe to guess? I do not have a homeopath in my area. Thanks!
