I have a wide variety of hobbies and friends and a wonderful boyfriend. This is what makes it worse. I have a good life, I am not a loner with nothing going for them, yet some part of me just feels in capable of being happy and as if I am going through the motions of everything. I do not dress in black or any of the other stereotypes associated with depression and can act the part of the happy, lovely person. I just constantly feel like something inside me is dreary and jaded and no matter how great my day can go I am unable to enjoy it.

Ive suffered from hayfever for years, and i am on prescription antihistamines, but they still dont seem to have that much of an effect. My doctor said theres not really any other more efective pills i could take. However i have heard about alternative methods of treatment such as small laser pulses up your nose you can do at home, with a kit from Boots or the like. Has anyone tried these and been sucessful or know of any other methods??

I can understand the pills that have to dissolve under the tongue, but something like Bromelain comes in capsules, so doesn’t that create a barrier from skin?

When taking most chemical drugs, liver are damaged or experience quite a pressure. Is it the same with simple homeopathic medicine, such as valerian pills for nervousness or begonia extract for cough?

It’s not that I would need this answer badly, I’m just curious
