I will stay awake for 2 days at a time before I can go to sleep. I have tried everything I’ve read on the internet(Literally over 100 things). I have taken OTC sleeping pills, and homeopathic sleep aides. Nothing is working and my doctor won’t prescribe me anything for it, should I go to urgent care? Would they per scribe me something? I am at my wits end.

I don’t have it very bad, but every once and a while i cannot sleep to save my life.
Last night, i was up until five am, and then woke up at seven forty.
It was not good
I don’t want to do sleeping pills, but am willing to try any homeopathic remedy.
I already take “Calms” -a homeopathic sleeping aid, before bed. sometimes it helps, sometimes it doesn’t.
anything else i should try to allow for a better sleep?
