Hi, I’m scheduled to have a ****** reduction next monday. I’m just wondering, has anyone used Arnica (a homeopathic remedy) to reduce bruising from surgery? Also, is it ok to use it before as well as after? Thanks for your help.
Thanks for your answers so far. Before anybody else tries to talk me out of surgery you should be aware that I have been diagnosed with Poland’s syndrome, which has caused some disfiguration, so there’s no way I’m changing my mind!

I have gone through menopause with relative ease. But now I’d like some thought or opinions on what you use for hormone replacement. I want to use homeopathic/herbal remedies ONLY. What have you ladies used to replenish your hormones? I have done alot of reading on the hormone replacement issues, but I’m still undecided and confused on which one would work best for me.
