Any homeopaths out there? Can homeopathy help with muscle relaxants? My doctor only seems to be able to prescribe addictive drugs so I can only take them occasionally when particularly suffering, but would like something I could take on a regular basis - I have long term chronic back problems, but 95% of my pain/trouble is caused by dratted muscles. Just wondering if it would be worth a consultation with a homeopath.
Have tried Tens - doesn’t help - but thanks for the suggestion. Valerian root sounds interesting - will check it out.

ianmac-interesting about coffea,I had been wondering if it would counteract coffee.
I dont understand as I excercise every day,outside in daylight too!
the excercise has really improved other health probs I had.

Two new cats have moved into our neighbourhood and my cat is so stressed that he pulls great chunks of his fur out. He’s tried homeopathic remedies like Valerian but they have had no effect.The vet put him on a course of antibiotics but this has also not worked. I feel so sorry for him!
